Overview

Part 1

You are a PM for a startup building a food delivery mobile app (like Swiggy, Zomato, etc.). 

1. Design the user flow diagram for a user for the primary core action for a user which is 'App Download -> Placed Order'. Explore other user flows as well.

2. Segregate within the flow diagram what actions are on the frontend, backend and mark APIs (where you think there should be an exchange of data)

3. Research tools that help do the following and share a recommendation for a tool each for the following use cases:

   1. Send push Notifications (for user communication - order placed, order delivered, etc.)

   2. Send Mail Notifications

 

Part 2

You are a PM at Google, working on the Google Analytics product. A mobile app is one of the most requested features for Google Analytics. What will be your approach to building the Google Analytics mobile app? (Google Analytics can be tried for free, please create an account and explore the product before you attempt this assignment!)

1. Go through and understand the current Google Analytics website and its features

2. Understand how mobile applications are designed for users (usability, mobility, screen size limitations, etc.)

3. Provide an approach on what to include/ exclude in the mobile app version of Google Analytics

4. Work on a launch strategy
