Background
Mumbai City F.C. is one of the prominent football clubs in the Indian Super League (ISL), with a passionate fan base. However, like many sports teams, the club faces the challenge of keeping fans engaged outside of match days and during the off-season. Mumbai City F.C. aims to deepen its connection with fans, attract new supporters, and increase user retention and engagement through an interactive, gamified experience.
Objective
Design a gamified solution for Mumbai City F.C. that builds long-term fan loyalty and makes the club a key part of fans' daily lives. Your solution should be digital (such as an app or web platform) and should drive fans to engage consistently, both during the season and off-season.
